I wish we did this!

here is a story i read about on Yahoo about how many european countries pay families to help with the cost of a second child, as well as pay women and men who want to stay home, in some cases for up to 480 days, at least half their salary. In Finland, the average maternity leave is like 6 months or something. I wish the American government would show how much family values really mean!
